White Marsh?

Hi there,

Curious if anyone knows any thing about the schools in White Marsh? The hubs works at APG and we're just considering all options. We've been shopping there (living in NJ now) and that's about it lol.

Thanks!

Re: White Marsh?

  • For the most part they are really good.  There are some areas in "Nottingham" that is considered White Marsh, but the schools are not that good.  Perry Hall has good schools.

  • Baltimore County and Harford County have decent schools
  • There are better schools in "new" white marsh than "old" white marsh...look for Perry Hall or Nottingham as PP said.  If you get on the wrong side of 40 (which is still considered White Marsh), you may find that the schools are a little rougher around the edges.

  • Like the other ladies said it is pretty much hit and miss. Really depends on what area of White Marsh you move to. The Elm school my DD goes to is decent. The Middle school used to be really good but has gone down slightly. It is, however, a lot better then the school she would be going to if we lived around the corner.
