I'm surprised..
.. but not really. So my sister who is a bit younger than me told me this afternoon that my older sister hopes to have #2 in September. Her little girl is 7 months right now... my younger sister figured I would have already been told (which I haven't) so she said something in passing while I was chatting with her. I'm honestly a little surprise that they are having #2 so soon.. but then again not really because my older sister loves kids and wants a big family etc.
I just needed to share somewhere that I know I can. Can't say anything to my mom yet because apparently either I'm not supposed to know yet or I can't steal their thunder if they haven't told everyone they want to tell yet.. lol

Wow. Not that there is anything wrong with that it's just not for me.
A friend of mine has a 3 year old a 1 year old and is now pregnant with her 3rd and due in September right around the time her youngest turns 2. The 3 year old has been 3 for 6 days so she will have 3 under 4. I have another friend that has a 19 month old and a 3 month old. She is #2 of 14 and she and her husband plan on having a big family.

It definitely is. The mom of the first girl told me and pretty much begged me to talk to her and convince her to stop having kids. They can hardly take care of what they have now, as everyone sees in her FB posts complaining about how hard life is on them.
Dh doesnt really have much of a preferance he is just worries that M is getting to the age where she can do a lot more. He thinks a new baby might ruin us getting to go out and do more stuff with her now? lol I on the other hand am going for the two under 3 type range.
I could never think of having kids thats close together and not because of the physical aspect all though the toll on a momma's body having kids so close can be great. But My biggest thing would be getting the quality time to enjoy the babies when they are little and enjoying them wanting the help and all the cuddles before they become so independent.
This is exactly what I was thinking.. especially because I know she is still nursing, and I'm pretty sure she still plans to do so for a while. She obviously won't be nursing her until she is 1 year though since she'll be due with baby in less than 2 months after that.
