We had Potato's - w/endive and bacon - all mashed together and then you make a yogurt/flour sauce. It's a dutch thing..

Very true. I love trying different kinds of soup! Cream soups are my favorite, but DH isn't always a fan.
My all time favorite is my mom's Cream of Broccoli Soup - All made from scratch. Sadly DH isn't a fan.. but I still make it and make him eat it lol

If you like corn, here's a really tasty and pretty healthy soup/chowder I make - instead of using cream I just use non-fat milk and then thicken it up with flour or corn starch as necessary. DH loves it.
