Rec your magical cold cures.
I never get sick! I really don't. Anyway, I am now. If any of you have any magical cures, let me know.

The good thing is it's Friday, so maybe F can take part of the night shift. (Although Q has been doing really well lately.)

Oh I forgot about that one.. echinacea goldenseal, which you can get at your local health food store. Fabulous for fitting colds etc.

Aren't you using coconut oil for your skin or hair or whatever?
When you have a cold you should try eating at least 4-6 tbsp of coconut oil a day. Your cold will go away superrrrr fast! A few easy ways to do it: spread it on toast like butter, mix it into your coffee, cook your food in it, especially eggs....
It really aids with digestion, soooo if you are new to it and you take that much, you may have some bathroom problems, if you know what I mean....so maybe just try 4 tbsp at first....but your cold will go away.
