oo, there is a lot more! did you just do all of that stuff right now?? dang!
you have SOO many clothes.
yes, yes, you do
haha yea. we have this special wi-fi card for our camera, and it wasn't working right, so right after DH fixed it I was able to post all of the posts with those pictures
.
and this is so true. DH gives me so much shiite for it, heh.
I will have to treat myself if I reach my weight goal.
There. I fixed it for you.
haha, that is true. It is time to say WHEN. DH just found out his cholesterol is high (genetic most likely) so I have him on board now.
I saw on FB that you ran today. How are you feeling?
Feeling GREAT actually. It was awesome. My doc and pt recommend C25K (or similar programs, I've done this one before, so decided to do it again), and cautioned me more times than I can count to work my way back to my regular running slowly. The nice thing about a program is that it forces you to do exactly that.
I feel seriously awesome though. I missed running so much. And for me, it's hard to stay motivated to eat healthy when you're not able to work out/feel fit.
I am the same way about eating healthy when I work out and not as healthy when I don't.
I am redoing the C25K as well, I have found it has helped me get back a lot better than I could on my own. I am not good at listening to my body when it is too much.
