Did you file yet? Are you happy? LOL
We scored in deductions this year thankfully. I kept track of all our medical bills. It is sickening (no pun intended) how much we went this year. We were able to write off $594 in gas alone and that is with only 19 cents per a mile reimbursement. Before copays, medicine, etc and we have a great healthcare program.
Re: TAXES!
We have an appointment next week. Unfortunately we are going to get killed because of my unemployment .

I filed a few days ago, as soon as DH's W-2 showed up. I always use TurboTax so I can enter everything in as it comes in, then once the last thing shows, I just have to put it in and efile.
We're getting back way more than I expected, because we forgot to adjust DH's withholding to take into account that I didn't have a job all year. Although I hate knowing we overpaid so much, on the bright side, we're getting an unexpected windfall to put toward DH's new car. And now we can adjust his withholding for this year and will get more in his paycheck each month than we expected.
Always missing my Mommy (1954-2010) and Daddy (1943-2012)
TTC since 2009 ; BFP 9/13/10 = MC 10/21/10
DX = DOR/POA (AMH=1.1; AFC=4-5)
Surprise BFP 8/31/11 while waiting to cycle for IVF
Welcomed our little miracle 5/7/12
AND you'll have a cute little bundle of deduction in your household so cha-ching when you file for 2012!
I expect us to get a little less back then what we did last year.
We don't own a house so that is a huge impact to our taxes. I hate it but that is our situation currently...and don't get me started about dependent deductions..ugh
haven't filed yet
I have no excuse other than to blame myself since I am our accountant. lol I've been gathering all of our year-end forms since everything is online and not sent to the house anymore so just a matter of me sitting down one day and actually doing it... oh the procrastination.
