Does anyone have any plans for your returns this year?

Im pushing for a fence, but DH has other plans of putting it in savings for bigger house. I'm done moving so we clearly need to discuss this topic again lol.

We have to replace DH's car this year. It's been on its last legs for quite awhile now and there's no way he's driving a baby around in that piece of crap.

As always we pay off a majority of if not all of our credit cards and set a chunk aside for vacation. The renovation of the attic has had a big impact on our lowes card this year LOL

DH wants a new car (he's dreaming) so he thinks we should put it towards that. I'd like new living room furniture. But it really should go into savings, and since I manage the finances, it will go into savings

We are going to Montana and Yellowstone National Park with the kids this spring/summer.

DH is going on a hunting trip since I am going to Europe on a cruise.

Some bills and new furniture.

Savings.

Plus a new roof and coop for the birds since I want ducks and chickens for the kids.

DH always wants to put it towards Savings (for a rainy day). I always want to use it towards Vacation. Somehow whenever we are on vacation he ends up thanking me for planning it.

We escrow our own taxes so a chunk goes towards that. Usually we use the rest for a house project. This year we will be leveling our back yard, seeding, landscaping and some brick work. We will put a little bit away for our beach vacation this summer!

Ours goes into savings but I am hoping we can either redo our master bathroom this year but if not it will go in the make our unfinished basement into a family room ( in a few years)

I would like to try and get our half bath done this spring. I absolutely hate it and want to rip everything out, put in new tile floor to ceiling and a new toilet & pedestal sink. It's a very small room so I don't think it should cost much. Hopefully our return will cover it or maybe I'll actually get a bonus at work this year (crossing fingers).

Landscaping and general improvement of the exterior of our house. Possibly a fence if there is enough money.

Next year we want to renovate at least 1 of our bathrooms.

We're paying off our credit card since we just charged a new washer/dryer on it. Leaving some cash out for the 3 weddings we have to go to in March/April & another one in September. D is giving me some spending money so i can get my hair done etc. Saving a big chunk and hopefully trying to get a vacation in this year

hmmm...not sure yet, definately some will go towards our savings for our forever home, some will go into savings, and some will go towards vacation and I need a new washer and dryer...I guess I sort of have it figured out, lol
