Good weekends for all, I hope!
Mine was pretty good, mostly filled with relaxation and laziness. We did get the dogs bathed, so that's good since they smell much better. I found out that I lost a friend over the weekend, that died unexpectedly, so that was the only damper to the weekend.

I did not want to wake up this morning! The AHA fundraiser was a huge success Friday night! We showered and headed to Vermont right afterward. We had an absolute blast and found out we are going to another wedding this year!!
We snowshoed up Bromley mountain and that was fun, but challenging. Sunday was another food - fest.

The weekend was good around here, though we didn't do too much. My H is still not very mobile, so we just hung around here. I do have to say, I am kind of ready to go back to work...I am going a little stir crazy. And because of the dog, I still didn't get to sleep in this morning, because he is on a routine...SO I am enjoying my Jamaican coffee, and hanging out here, hoping my H will wake up sometime soon.

My weekend was excellent! Went out with some friends Saturday night; had dinner at brewery then went to a bar and danced our asses off all night. My feet hated me by 1AM, but it was so worth it!
Ugh, it came way to fast this week. I feel like yesterday was just Fri and I do not feel like going to work today. Plus I have a headache so that doesn't help.
I groomed some dogs Sat and then cut my dad, 2 brothers and H's hair so that didn't feel like a day off. H and I did some shopping and I found some new jeans at American Eagle which are surprisingly comfy.
Sun I grocery shopped, then cooked all day until we went to my moms to watch the game.

I got to see my new nephew again on Saturday. He looks like a baby. Ha! He fell asleep on me and was "singing" in his sleep. Super cute! On the ride home, FI and I discussed that we'll adopt a kid when they're out of college and married!
Sunday we enjoyed a quiet meal at a restaurant, quiet trip to the store, and an unpacked movie theater.
I slept like crap last night and am dragging this morning!

We had a really good weekend and a fun Super Bowl party, but Miko has started sneezing, coughing, and vomiting clear fluid so I think he picked up the kennel cough that our foster got from Petsmart a few weekends ago (the shelter took him to the adoption event there only 2 days after getting vaccs). I'm taking him to the vet this afternoon, but I hate to see him miserable

I had an ok weekend. D and I got into a dumb fight about housework one night, but other than that, it was pretty typical. I worked on projects the whole weekend and went to my bff's for the Superbowl last night. I stayed up way too late, but I have to rally; the girls are coming over for Mimosa Monday tonight!

My weekend was ok. I had to come into work on Saturday morning for a few hours...this job change has been rough but it should ease up a bit tomorrow. Yesterday we just bummed around at home and flipped between old episodes of How I Met Your Mother and the game while eating buffalo chicken dip. It was a pretty fab day.

This weekend was awesome. Work was actually fun for once.
Sunday I spent 2 hours cooking wings for the super bowl, was making my nephew laugh. My Manning won

Today I woke up with a horrible migraine. I was dizzy, I threw up, the whole nine. I really need to get to a doctor.
Thanks, all. I am doing okay, just a little melancholy but it's just a reminder that life is too short to not be happy. Gotta do what you want when you can, because you never know when your time is up!!

Ugh! I did not want to wake up either. I have not been sleeping.
Saturday was a baby shower in Wisconsin for one of my girlfriends. Luckily, none of our other friends were there but she asked me as soon as I got there when was I going to have kids. She also added in that I need to hurry up because I am getting older.

That night I hung out with my grandparents who seemed to not want me to leave as they kept telling me, "You look like yo mama." So, I stayed as long as I could. Afterwards, I crashed at my besties house before heading back on the road to Chicago.
Sunday was the Super Bowl. I was resting most of the day.

Weekend was okay. We had some friends over on Friday night and played Kinect. It was hilarious to watch some of the guys dance moves.
Saturday we bummed around in the morning and ran errands in the afternoon. At night we went to a comedy show. The comedian wasn't my favorite but whatever.
Yesterday, went to a photography class field trip then to a friend's for a superbowl party. Watched the Patriots lose, pouted, and went home. Spent approximately three hours working on a photo book once I got home. Went to bed way too late and then slept like crap, I feel like I might cry from exhaustion this morning. Blech.

How did your friend go?
No worries, I wasn't really begging for sympathy even though it may have seemed like that. It was actually a HE and he was shot with a gun (by someone else, not self inflicted).
