Did you watch the game?
Did you have/go to a SB party?
Favorite commercial(s)?
We always go to my great aunt and uncle's place for their Super Bowl Party. I didn't care to watch the game since I'm not an NFL fan and since there were no former OSU players to root for, but I enjoyed the commercials.
My winners were: The Voice and Betty White - so funny! I'm a fan of The Voice, so I thought the commercial was awesome. And, the Clint Eastwood commercial. I know it was for Dodge, but it was so gritty and American and awesome that I keep forgetting it was for a brand and not just a "get out there and don't let the world kick your asss" pep talk. Hell, he could have been selling a stick of deodorant and I'd have probably loved it.
Re: Super Bowl Commercials
Yes, we watched the game. We just stayed home to watch it since B has been under the weather and I made some snacks.
We laughed at the Dannon Greek yogurt commercial...H was like is that UNCLE JESSE?! And from then on we were rolling, especially when he got clocked. Also really liked the Acura NSX commercial with Seinfeld.
I never watch the game, just the commercials and half time show.
Fave commercial by far was the Clint Eastwood one!
We stayed at home this one.
Both of us have been feeling kind of sickly so we stayed at home to watch the game. I didn't see any commericals that think are rememberable.
I really think Madonna should not have worn those thigh high boots. Thigh high boots are hard enough to walk in normally, let alone prance around on a stage and dance. She nearly fell twice.
I watched most of the game. Meh - it was OK. It seemed really slow, but I think that's just NFL by nature since there's so many time outs and such.
My mom was going to cook for the fam and we'd have our own little SB party, but I felt like hell all weekend, and my sister wound up not coming home...so we just had pizza. Fine by me!
Fave commercials: the M&Ms one, all the Coke commercials [super adorable] and The Voice. The Doritos commercials [both the one with the dog who disposed of those cats and the grandma/baby one] were hilarious.
The best part of halftime was the network trying to blur out the middle finger M.I.A. flipped at the end of her wrap - and then missing it. Halftime really wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be though.
He's a gorgeous man, but he looked so...awkward!

H's friend invited us to his party, so we ended up watching the game with a bug group of people, only a few of whom I knew. I was a bit bored.
I loved the overweight dog starting a fitness regime so he could fit out the dog door to chase the car. And the bulldog in the Sketchers beating all the greyhounds at the dog track. I'm a sucker for cute animal commercials.
