There were a bunch of commercials for it, I think it might have even been the first one to run during the first action game break. I hadn't seen it or heard about it before the ads, anyone else?

It's about time they improved Bud Light, the regular stuff tastes like piss. Stick out tongue

All I know is the BL ad that was aired during the super bowl ultimately will support a rescue group.

PS - BL is by far the ickiest beer I've had. I'm not a fan of any beer really, but that one was just awful.

As a self-proclaimed beer snob, I will not try this, regardless of how good people think it is. I just can't see good beer coming out of a place like Budweiser.

DH's coworker actually bought a case, tried it, didn't like it, and gave us the rest since we were having a party. People drank it but it wasn't great or anything.

... I do like the blue glass bottles ...

It has something like 5.5% alcohol as opposed to I think the standard 3(?).

I admit that I drink BL b/c MH likes it and buys it. So if I don't feel like spending money, I drink it. (which is pretty much all the time.) I really don't mind it. But that is probably because I have THE most bland palate ever.

I have a friend that owns a bar and she got some to try it and said it was gross. I dont drink beer so I think all beer is gross.

I'm not a fan of Bud products, but Anheuser-Busch has some good non-Bud beers. They make Shock Top. I love that stuff.

I like Shock Top well enough... I also don't mind BL if I'm feeling exceptionally cheap, though I wouldn't choose that if I had the money to get anything else!

And props to them for supporting such a good cause! I thought Weego was pretty cute.

co-worker was talking about it last week. He said he liked it and the alcohol % was higher. That's about it.

Shock Top is actually pretty decent, I will agree.

Was not a fan of Bud Light Lime, but I tried it once. I will probably try one of these if they are free, but I doubt I will buy some just to try it. I'm more of a Miller Lite girl myself, if I am gonna drink cheap beer.
