Soooo...most of you know that LA is a "tubie" (fed via feeding tube--for those new to the board, she is an aspirator) and this week is Feeding Tube Awareness Week!
Anyhow, to celebrate and help spread awareness, my logo is being used on all the promotional materials since it is now the official logo of The Feeding Tube Awareness Foundation 
It's a bit awesome to see something you drew in mass production!
Anyhow, the foundation made shirts, pins, etc. for the event (using the logo) and, of course, LA had to have a "Super Tubie" shirt--only problem is, the 2T shirt was apparently made for GIANTS. It was soooo big--and a bit too boy-ish.
So, I took this shirt...
and transformed it in to this shirt...
I also made some ruffle leggings from a man?s shirt to coordinate. Ok, so if I do say so myself, my Super Tubie is SUPER cute!

I had no idea it was Feeding Tube Awareness Week! Thanks for the PSA. My FIL has one due to zero muscle control in his throat from Parkinsons. He aspirates as well and it is the scariest thing ever when he tries to be sneaky and eat something!
