I'm thinking of going short and am therefore going to cheat on my regular guy.
So, good with short hair, thick hair, curly hair would be a plus.
Doesn't have to be a good colorist.

Love Jody @ Giovanni & Pilleggi in Rittenhouse Square. My curly hair gets butchered at most salons, but he does an amazing job for $70. I'm always so happy leaving the salon. I have not used him for color, but i know people who do, and they swear by him.
They validate parking at the lot across the street. There's actually two lots right next to each other, so make sure you park in the right one if you go.
