Do any of you have a good
mini quiche recipe? I am helping host a babyshower this Saturday. We are doing mid morning so we going with "brunch" style food and I would really like to make mini quiche. I have seen numerous recipes on-line but not sure if they are really that good so I would like a couple of recipes you all have used.

I've used these for showers. I think they're pretty good, too!
I don't have a Sams near me or I would. Closest one is an hour away and I won't have time to go.
They're from a line of frozen foods that is for small scale catering/hosting, and I know I've seen other items from that line at Wal-Mart before. Might be worth checking there, if you have one close enough.
