Recommend your baby girl patterns

Hi ladies. I am definitely in a crafting mood right now, and just got a big pile of fabric in the mail yesterday! I'd love to make some adorable stuff for my baby girl, but am kind of overwhelmed when I just do random searches. I am just finishing up an earflap hat for her, and I have a stack of flannel ready to turn into wipes, but I'm looking for something more exciting than wipes to work on.
