PJs definitely as soon as I can get a chance to change.
I usually have to change back into my workout clothes after I put Baby Handy down so I can go running. My workout clothes are usually a little smelly so I don't like to wear them around the house.

I am trying to work out in the morning, so when I get home from work, I change straight into PJs which are pants and a tshirt or sweatshirt.
If I do work out in the evening I go to the gym here at work, so still when I get home from work, I change into PJs after a quick shower.
