Fri- Sun: ??
You could make a soup of the squash, carrots, apples and/or pears.
Or you could do a roasted veggie medley with the sprouts, carrots and cauliflower. You could season the carrots with cumin and cauliflower with curry for an indian spin.
Mon- grilled london broil, rice and spinach
Tues- dinner out with the parents
rest of the week- I never had a chance to go food shopping yesterday as planned and DH is in charge since I have my surgery tomorrow morning. the kids are getting bounced around between grandmoms and I don't know how much of an appetite I am going to have. I have a feeling it is going to be take out the rest of the week

Another idea for your CSA thingy: roast the cauliflower. Cut it so that you have florets of the cauliflower, drissle with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Roast (covered) in a toaster oven or regular oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. After 20 minutes, give the pan a little shake so that the other sides of the cauliflower turn over. Cover, roast for another 20 minutes. Should be about done.
That recipe sounds awesome. I only recently discovered the deliciousness of brussel sprouts.
M - took a leftover NY strip, sliced it up with some carmelized onions, melted some mozz cheese and put on a roll
T - crockpot chicken tacos - throw in chicken thighs, salsa, sliced garlic, chile powder, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and some S&P. cook on low for 8 hours, shred chicken and serve in tortillas, over salad, etc
W - F - whatever meals I decide to defrost from the freezer

It's so good! I add a layer of boxed devil's food cake as a base for texture. I tried brownies but it was too dense.
That is what I plan on doing too as I remember reading that suggestion somewhere.
What is the mousse like? Is it dense or really light? I came across an adapted recipe where the blogger used caramel and chocolate pudding instead of chocolate sauce and caramel mousse.

It's in between. The cream cheese and powdered actually lighten it up so it really is like a mousse, as opposed to a sauce. It was incredibly addicting when I um, licked the spoon clean. It's my favorite part of the dish. And for the chocolate sauce, I use Mrs. Robertson's dark chocolate.
