did a bachelorette at the chelsea and loved it. it was definitely a great time.
tropicana/ the quarter would be another spot to try because there are a bunch of bars/restaurants in one spot.
or cesars because it is attached to whatever used to be ocean one mall that now has lots of nice stuff. and i really just referenced ocean one mall- ugh.
Chelsea is the nicest, hippest of the places mentioned, but I'd probably go with the Tropicana. They have some great bars & restaurants, plus their close enough to Cesars that you can walk over to the mall.
You should check their web pages to see what promotions are currently available. That might help you decide between the hotels.
Ooooohhh! Good idea! I forgot about the pool bar at Harrah's.
