We are ready to put our house on the market. We are considering Penny Carroll. Has anybody had any experience with her?

We have used Adam Coyle (IA Realty) before (a co-worker had recommended him), and had a GREAT experience with him. Very personable, willing to do whatever we asked, and always going the extra mile. We will continue to use and refer him every opportunity we get. 515-453-5186. If you call him, make sure to tell him the Alexes sent ya.
We used Penny when we bought our house. I had a short window of time to look at houses (since we lived out of state at the time) and she was great, 31 houses in 7 days with a nursing 7 week old. It wasnt easy. I appreciated that when I would walk into a house and would immediately say 'I wasnt feeling it' she said ok and moved on to the next one.
She had worked with my in-laws and a lot of people in their neighborhood. She came highly recommended.
I always recommend our realtor Joann Manning. We were really indecisive since it was our 1st home. She took us to over 30 houses easily. She was happy to show us anything we found that we wanted to see as well as always searching for us as well. Very personable and easy to talk to.
