I had pulled out chicken last night for dinner but wasn't sure what to do with it. I knew I wanted something simple, so I took a cup of bread crumbs and mixed with with the new swanson flavor packets in chicken and then patted the cutlets with it and baked them.
They came out flavorful and crunchy on the outside but nice and juicy on the inside.
Just figured I would share just incase anyone wants a simple but tasty chicken recipe.

I did one the other day that turned out good too -
I used chicken quarters because that's what I had but I'm sure you could use whatever cut, I spread butter all over the top, salt, pepper, and then a few whole cloves of garlic sprinkled in. Covered with foil and baked until the juices ran clear. Was juicy and delicious.

This is my new simple but delicious dinner recipe. not so good for you... but not so bad either. I didn't flatten my chicken, I just popped the breasts in whole.
Stand up for something you believe in.
This recipe + crushed Rice Krispies mixed in with the bread crumbs is what Dusty cooks when he's being sweet and romantic. Delish.
