Tuesday Accountability

How'd we do ladies?

I maintained and I finally set the Bowflex up again so I've been getting in more workouts. I love the energy I have as a result!

Re: Tuesday Accountability

  • Even though I have been completely slacking on my workouts (not entirely due to laziness, I've been unable to control my asthma for about 3 weeks now, stupid pollen) I AM DOWN 10 POUNDS! I'm really happy with this milestone and I want to lose 10 more.
  • I have been stalled forever, so I decided I needed to tighten down on my diet again as a lot of extra stuff had been creeping in. That was about 10 days ago and I'm down about 1.5-3 pounds, depending on where you start counting from. I'm so excited to see the scale moving again. And, even better, I was still able to have some wine several days, which means I don't have to totally give it up.
(Although I am trying to impose a weekends only rule.)

I'm now 8.5 lbs away from "normal" weight. I don't think I'll get there by my trip, which was my long term goal when I started last April, but I hope to be pretty dang close.
  • I finally decided it was time to step back on the scale and was pleasantly surprised to see that I was down 2 lbs from the last time I participated in one of these. That brings me down to 4 pounds lost since I started this marathon training cycle. This is the lowest I've been in my weight range in awhile. I've been this size most of my adult life, so a pound lost here and there isn't very easy to come by. Plus, I have NEVER lost weight when I've trained for a race.

  • Good job, ladies!

I'm down 15lbs!!!!!!!!!!! Today I am wearing my old "fat pants" that I was previously too fat to wear and they're loose. *happy dance*

I had measurements taken yesterday & I'm down 5.75 inches, the biggest loss in my abdomen 2.25 inches, hips 1.25 inches and thigh 1.0 inch. Seeing that on paper was great.

I know I've already told you but you're doing so great!  Don't worry too much about not always making the best choice when you go out. It happens amd as long as you make good decisions otherwise you're going to be good. Keep it up!
