I usually don't buy ground beef, but DH picked some up that I have to use tonight. We usually just buy ground turkey because I feel like you can flavor it anyway you want since it is so bland on its own.
Anyhow - I have ground beef and I don't want tacos, chili, meatloaf or anything with pasta. If I could get a bag of spinach in there, that would be a bonus.
GO!
Re: Dinner help please
Stuffed peppers? I dunno. You kinda nixed all my ideas.
BUT if you go to allrecipes.com you can enter in the ingredients you have and find something that way
I like this idea, especially the substituting spinach for the pasta, or stuffed peppers.
That sounds really good.
Or you could do meatballs, like SLoU said. Now I want meatballs.
The soup would have little mini meatballs
Subs are out at dinner. Too much bread.
I don't have an actual recipe but you could try stuffed hamburgers.
Just form two thin patties, stuff it full of veggies/cheese/etc, and you can use lettuce instead of a bun. Just play around with it. <-- TWSS
I need to quit this thread, This bag of carrots won't help lol.
Beef and Spinach Pie
You can always add more veggies too.

Thanks!
Burgers are out. We had them on Sunday.
Beef Wellingtons, stuffed peppers, Mexican Casserole, or Beef stroganoff are my go to's. But of course beef stroganoff has noodles, and the mexican casserole really isn't healthy at all with all the cheese and picante.
Not sure what else I would do with it if burgers, meatloaf, tacos, and spagetti are out. You may have to peruse allrecipes.com if these ideas don't sound good.
