my 1st day out sans child and this!
I signed up for 6 months massage at Massage Envy while I was pregnant, knowing my last massage I would not be pregnant anymore and could finally lay on my stomach and get a nice real massage. Yesterday was the day and I was so excited to get out of the house without the baby for the first time. I pumped so her dad could give her a bottle and I didn't have to rush, and off I went. The girl at the desk asked if I wanted deep tissue or relaxation and I said normally I would do deep tissue but since I'm recently out of surgery I should do swedish maybe. Well since I'm only 6 weeks out of surgery they won't do the massage. I understand, but since I've been cleared for full duty at work it sucks that I can't lay on a table. WHAT IS UP WITH MY BIG MOUTH??? She would never have known otherwise. I was so disappointed! I ended up getting my massage but what a hassle. I left to get a Dr note stating specifically that I am clear for massage, which they happily did, and while doing this I got in road rage in parking lot. Then I came back with my stupid note but now their computers were down and they could not look me up and I had to go back later. When I did and I went into the relaxation room to wait who is sitting there waiting buy grumpy biitch from the parking lot! Lol. Perfect luck. I got my frusterations out of the survery email they just sent me and nw I can never go back to the Citrus Park location. At least it was a good massage and I still have all the other locations.

That stinks you had to go through so much trouble, but they have to cover their asses.
a few years ago my Step-Mom had a huge debacle w/ them...
What a PITA she was!
I need a massage.. that would be awesome. I keep saying I'm just going to buy one when I see one on groupon or something, but then I can never bring myself to spend the money.
