How awkward was she tonight?!? She was my favorite 'first impression' girl but then kind of vanished, and then tonight she was totally weird. Do you think she was just nervous or is always that awkward?

Re: The Bachelor... Jamie
Oh it was so, so uncomfortable!
TI, IUIs, IVF = c/ps and BFNs
I thought Jamie was funny. I did feel bad for her. She seems like a good person who was just in the wrong situation for her. She was trying too hard and too late.

Ahhhh, yes. This was the first train wreck of the evening. I actually felt really bad for her. It came to their attention that she was still in love with someone back home. Basically she was in love with someone and he said that he would never marry her. Because of that, she knows she can't be with him so she went on the show hoping to meet someone else, magically get over him and move on. You can tell this guys back home really screwed with her head.
On that note, does anyone else find it crazy that they felt the need to intervene with this, but they let Bently go on and on and said nothing?
It was painful to watch Jamie. I felt so bad for her. I actually had my hands in front of my face and couldn't look at the TV. It was horrible.
I read on People.com an interview with Chris that said he would never let a situation like Bently happen again and he would intervene when necessary the next time (in so many words)... so I guess this situation was supposed to prove that.

That was way awkward! It was creepy to let on how much you've been envisioning your life together when you've only known each other a couple of months and he's dating several other women!

So excited to meet Amelia Catherine!
Yeah, this whole episode was really awkward.
I felt bad for Jamie. It came across as super desperate. You have someone who basically doesn't spend too much time alone with him or developing a relationship, and then they try to play "catch-up" in order to save themselves from elimination. She should have been more aggressive (but slowly) earlier on instead of doing it as a last ditch effort to catch his interest.
I felt sort of bad for Casey S, but I also kind of wanted to grab her by the shoulders and shake some sense into her. On the one hand, I believed her that she was no longer in a relationship with her DB ex. I don't know what else you need than to say, "he didn't want marriage, I do, the end." And plenty of people have that kind of baggage when entering into the next relationship. I didn't see it as a big deal and I think they did it to get drama.
But then, I also felt like Casey must be terribly insecure if she thinks she needs a man. Dude, get over your DB ex and THEN pursue another relationship. Don't just heal from your past relationship by finding a man who'll marry you.
