crafty question
has anyone seen plastic easter eggs anywhere yet? a friend and I are getting together to do a craft project this weekend to make these:
(it's clicky so you can see the DIY project, which is to make a wreath, but we just want to make some eggs because they are cute!)
we're going to do a few different projects just for fun

lol yes, it's just one friend. We started it a few months ago, not on a regular basis, just now and then we try to email and set a date because it's more fun that doing it alone. This is our first joint project, before this it was just making cards with my Cricut, this time we're splitting up supplies and doing an actual project!
maybe I will call around so I don't have to drive everywhere.

Dude! I wish MY friends hadn't all had babies and therefore have no time now, I want friend-craft time!! I just do it by myself but it would be fun to do it with some other peeps. The only 2 friends who would be into it, one is sick and the other is in grad school in Michigan.
Sorry, haven't seen the eggs yet. I want to order a bunch of wood ones from save-on-crafts, but sticking to my rule of no craft materials if I have an unfinished project to do (which I do, I have 2 right now).
this friend and I have actually also blown eggs together
her aunt and uncle have chickens so she gets all sorts of pretty ones. I do have some plain white ones done, but it seems like such a waste of a pretty egg to cover it up (also I feel like we'd have to be much more careful with them and I think this project involves a lot of pressing/pushing etc). thanks though!

yeah, I'm afraid we're just a little early for this - I'm sure places are waiting until right after Valentine's day :-/ I might ask her if she wants to push it back a week or I guess we could find another project to do if I really can't find any.
