Have any of you ever used this website? I found a pretty good price on there, but I've never heard of it before now. Anyone know if this website is reliable?

I haven't used the site yet, but I might depending on the trip I want to take. I know a few people that used it and only book through them when traveling to Europe.
I would just make sure that you read your itinerary all the way through, and pull up hotel reviews from another source like tripadvisor to make sure you want to stay at the hotels selected. My understanding is that they select the cheapest ones, and then you can updgrade to better if you want. I'd just make sure that they get good reviews and are not too far away from the center.
This is asked a lot on here and the consensus is usually very positive. I've used them twice (to Vienna/Prague, and Paris/Italy) with no problems at all.
Be sure to research the hotel options on Trip Advisor, and don't just pick the ones they automatically select. The price will of course change, but it's worth it.
