have you ever frozen and then used cilantro?
I use it a lot. But it always seems that I never use a whole bunch when I buy it. I feel that dried cilantro that I purchased, tastes like nothing. I'm wondering if I could freeze what I don't use next time, and then add it to a recipe, what it would taste like. Has anyone tried this?
Re: have you ever frozen and then used cilantro?
I washed the whole bunch, let it air dry on a towel for a bit, then put it in a zipoloc bag w/ a paper towel. Then you can just clip off what you need.
