healthy recipe halp
So I bought some quinoa and lentils, because they're good for you foods. Also, I read in some "stock your pantry" blog that I should have them on hand.
And now I have no idea what to put them in.
Obviously I fail on many levels because these are vegetarian staples. I should just KNOW.

Lentil soup I've made this before and it's great with greek yogurt mixed in when served to make it nice and creamy.
Quinoa and black bean salad. Going to make this tonight.

I don't cook with quinoa (bad GFer) but I love lentil soup and lentil curry. Mmmmmm.

I've made this and replaced the split peas with lentils before. It's super yummy.
Thanks for the ideas! I think I'll start with Notamrs' poached egg and spinach one. Mmmmmm, caramelized onions.
They all look really good. And I can finally say quinoa right the first time without having to think about it for 30 seconds first, moving my lips to silently sound it out.
