MFM Update and Team.....
We saw the MFM specialist today. It went really well - much better than expected. She did not see anything on the ultrasound that was indicative of Down syndrome, but it's still a little early. At this point baby looks perfectly healthy. She gave me the order for the blood test, but unfortunately I'm going to have to go BACK to Winter Park next week to have it done. Apparently it has to be scheduled and is only done first thing in the morning. I'm less than thrilled, but oh well.
The one thing they did see on the ultrasound.....BOY parts! He was not shy about it. At all. We're really excited, though I'm quickly realizing it's harder to shop for a boy than a girl!
