Car-jackings in Fort Worth

To my Fort Worth area friends please be advised!! Carjackings are on the rise!! One couple tried getting my brother's vehicle this afternoon by having the woman stand outside a car holding a fake baby on the service rd of 820 with her hood up. My brother stopped to assist and luckily noticed the man on the other side of her car crouched down, so he asked her why he wasn't helping her. My brother made it back to his car safely and called the police while the scum fled the scene. According to police the criminals are preying on the kindness of strangers with these ruses, and also those they believe are easy targets in parking lots, and they are becoming more aggressive. I'd add to that brazen since they are acting in the daytime as well. Please please be careful out there, and listen to your "gut feeling"!!
