Okay, I so JUST mentioned that I hope DH's job is okay. Word is flying around his office of just 12 people (it's a big company, just different offices everywhere) that 4 people in his office alone will be laid off by Friday. No one knows who it is. This is all in anticipation of Getty filing for their second bankruptcy. NOW I'm really freaking out. A friend of mine passed my resume along to her HR department and they said it looks good, so keep me in your prayers!!
Update: I was wrong, AGAIN! 4 people alone were laid off today. There will be more supposedly by Friday across the company (the guess is 30-40 people). DH's supervisor is worried about their branch dissolving. It looks like we will be getting out of our new lease and moving in with my parents.

Thanks, Navy. I had gone on a Tutor Time interview awhile back but the salary I was looking for was what the DIRECTOR got paid. Oops!
UPDATE: DH just texted me and said his position should be safe. They are restructuring the company and getting rid of a different department, thank god!
(Smiles) about DH. You do know that if you have your BA in Elementary Ed and/or if you are a certified teacher, you qualify for that DIRECTOR position, right? It's many hours, but you'd more than likely be able to bring H there at no charge or for a large discount. Then maybe we could all get "Nestie Discounts" too! just kidding-I know that was ghetto, lol.
