Uh, maybe when she got called out for claiming to have $2k in savings, which she admitted was actually $1k in savings and a $1k limit on her cc, which she considers savings because she "likes to see the bigger number."
Just guessing, though.
Are you effing serious? She thinks the unused portion of her credit card limit is her savings? I'd like to see a savings account that costs interest to use the money in it.
I sure wish I'd have known when I was a broke college student (the first time around) all my life's problems could have been solved with food stamps and credit card debt.
I love the "I'm tired of defending my choices" line. Um, maybe you shouldn't keep posting them on a public message board, especially when they're stupid choices and involve mooching off the government as opposed to, you know, working more or doing whatever it takes to make it work while in college. Like the 99% of the rest of the college kids who aren't living off their parents. What's sad is both H and I are in college, work full time, are raising a kid, and have a mortgage payment, daycare, and the rest of the bills to pay. We don't make a lot, but somehow we can still manage to buy food without food stamps, pay our bills on time, not rack up credit card debt, and provide for a child.
But I guess for some people, lyfe is hard, yo.
Is it wrong that I'm lmfao at the fact that her credit card limit is freakin' $1k?!

and to pp: do we actually know she had a $30,000 salary? there are a lot of inconsistencies in her stories. I have seen her inflate accomplishments only to find her "professional" portfolio online, which told an entirely different story.
I am so ticked off at her. This reeks of entitlement. She is not doing everything she can to better herself and her situation. She DD'ed because she got called out and realized that she is wrong, wrong, wrong.
I don't want to get in to all the boot strap crap, or "I did it, she can too," but her situation is not different than the other million college students out there. And I would guess that not many of them are getting food stamps.
It also burns that her entertainment budget is the same as DH and I's. And we make a whole lot more than she does.
People like Bliss make me think I should be a Republican.

Tonight I found one of my college budgets. I still do not feel bad for her. At all.

Oh that was NOT meant to be a dig on you, Huber. Only to emphasize how much time and low-wattage electro-neurological energy (yes I just made that up) we've all had to waste on Bliss's consistently unwelcome existence on these boards over the years.
If I ever met her in real life I swear I'd just jab her with a cattle prod for no fewer than three hours straight.
Being a grownup is HARD, guys. Why is everyone so MEAN to her? She's tired of having to defend her shiteous life decisions to internet strangers! Credit cards totally equal savings when you're a real, mature, Hooters girl like Bliss! We are just bitter old hags who don't know her life.
