Today is just not my day...
First my thumb. Then my 20 month old locked me out of the house while I was taking the garbage out. My 4 year old was content playing in his room, ignoring the massive amounts of doorbell rings. It took me running to the backyard and yelling up to his window (Thankfully he heard me through the glass!) to 'T come down stairs NOW'. Then I finally heard him in the laundry room/mud room and got him to unlock the door. Seriously took a threat to lose his bedtime movie tonight- he didn't want to unlock it and kept saying "Ben will do it"... NO HE WON'T!
Grr... is it bedtime yet?

Re: Today is just not my day...
Aww I'm sorry
If it makes you feel any better, I'm sure getting locked out of the house happens more often than you think. My dad was locked out by my brother when he was about 2. He went outside to let the dog inside when my brother came behind him and shut the door. He was stuck outside in below freezing temperatures until my mom got home. Apparently my dad just stalked around the house so he could keep an eye on my brother to make sure he didn't get hurt.
How is your thumb doing by the way? Did you have to go to Urgent Care?
awww oh no!! lil stinkers!!! so sorry you had to go through that =(
OH my gosh! I'm sorry you had such a rough day!
It is a full moon... maybe that has something to do with the crazy?
I honestly fear getting locked out of the house with the kids inside.
