BR: Clothes for a Skinny Baby
LO's clothes just don't fit. The main issue is that pants are way too big in the waist. I have tried folding the waistband over, but it doesn't help. This morning, DH dressed him and when I got ready to leave his little pants were down around his thighs.
0-3 month clothes are too short and even some of those don't fit in the waist. 3-6 months vary from good length (sleepers) to too long pants and sleeves with a waist that swallows him.
Are there any brands that tend to be smaller in the waist?
Any tricks for making clothes fit a skinny baby without permanently altering everything?

Alli and Colleen - with kids your ages I'd probably just rock the one piece stuff b/c that'll be more 'forgiving" in the waist (It'll be big for length to be right, but doesn't have to "hold" anything up"
Summer will also be your friend, esp. for Claire, because there are the cutest baby girl bubble type one pieces where her long legs won't matter and you can more fit her body, if you want. Also, sundresses.
As far as brands, I always found Ralph Lauren/Polo stuff to run very small. Jane was always a size ahead in that brand. There are often sales and I got most of her Polo stuff cheap at Marshall's
ETA: and this isn't from personal experience b/c I have a chunker but I do remember what was too small, so hopefully that'll be perfect for you guys
