What type of sweet would you want your coworkers wife to make for Vday?
I want to send the hubs to work with some sort of sweet on Vday. Maybe something red or pink. What would you want if you worked with him?

I highly recommend these raspberry cheesecake cupcakes:

Reasons:
1. Super easy to make
2. You could even probably swirl the raspberry into heart-shapes
3. Portion controlled already - makes it easy to take in and easy for coworkers to enjoy just one (or four)
4. You have to probably taste-test beforehand, because you don't want to send in something that doesn't taste good, and they are delish.
5. They look like a lot more work / fancier than they actually are.
ETA: Also they are different from chocolate, and since people get a lot of chocolate on V-Day, this could be a nice refreshing change.

it's not red or pink, but a coworkers wife makes banana bread---and it is sooooo yummy- i never make it myself, so it's really appreciated. it also breaks up how much sweets are available on vday.
but i really like the idea of making something for h's cw for vday!
maybe you can dye some butter pink to go with the banana bread
