I was thinking it was the real Emily as well, but then that almost seems too obvious. Like there's almost more to that story.
I keep waiting to see a big play involving Ashley. She seems to be the one character who's everywhere and thus far has been in the backround. I think they kind of hinted at something when they had Conrad talking to her and he mentioned how she seems to educated to be just Victoria's assistant

I figured it was the real Emily. She is pretty upset with Emily for being her puppet master. I think the real Emily loves Jack and really wants to be with him. I think she's hurting so I wouldn't put much past her.
She took all of the stuff that was hidden under the floor, right? And she wanted to tell Jack the truth? My guess would be something along those lines. She now has all of the info.
It seemed as if the box was missing... no one knows what/where it is. BUT, the crazy guy (I can't remember his name - the college roomie) was about to lift the rug before he was interrupted in Real Amanda's house by her. Remember? Could it possibly be him coming back?
I need it to be Wednesday like NOW.
The whole thing is supposed to be a surprise. I've read that the writers have changed it many times and that the cast didn't even know who shot who until a couple weeks ago.
So I guess they just picked anyone to act out the scene? lol I get that they do this to mess with us, but they showed his face. That makes sense though, I thought it was supposed to be a surprise.
I wouldn't be surprised if the shooter was both Jack and Amanda. Or if Amanda acts on her own. She may want revenge on the Graysons and Emily for all they've put her and Jack through.
. Maybe I'm thinking too much into this.
Maybe Amanda will be the one killed?
I read that a peripheral character is on trial so not to ruin the flow of the show or turn it into a courtroom drama.
