Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I got an earlier doctor apointment :)
I'll see the doctor next week on Friday...I already made a list of things, and it's kind of a long list 
I'll let you all know how it goes...let's hope he'll have some ideas

Sounds like you have a lot of questions. Good luck! That is what they are there for is to answer questions and ease your fears.
If he or she does not want to answer your questions, it might be time to find another doctor.
