Me! I'm the lucky one that will be freezing my butt off this weekend.
I saw your post below, I don't think its the same wedding, lol. You wouldn't think there would be that many wedding in February in AK.
Really, you don't? My friend confirmed she IS doing a wedding this weekend in Anchorage that's a cocktail wedding...I wouldn't think it would be likely to have TWO cocktail weddings at this time? LOL

Apparently my brother knows someone else getting married that weekend. Perhaps there is a surge of weddings around Valentines Day?
I asked the groom the other night and he said they did everything themselves and by referrals, so didn't sound like a planner involved. I do know that when they were looking at venues the ballroom at the nicest hotel in town was booked for a wedding.
Guess there will be lots of fancy people freezing their butts off in AK this weekend and I won't be alone!
