ntr: What to do on a Saturday night with a 15yo and 17yo girls?
I am totally at a loss- they're both great girls but I feel so "out of the loop" as to what is cool. They're coming over and staying the night this Saturday.
Movies is fun but kind of boring (unless there is something coming out this weekend)?
The amusement park isn't open til May
I think they'd get bored of bowling...
Any other thing you can think of?
There is COSI (in Columbus OH- an interactive museum) but I think they're too old for it?

What is their personality type? Sporty, girly, artsy, etc?
Manicures? Cooking dinner or baking dessert? Board games?

Fun, outgoing, laid back yet active.Manicures are a great idea! Maybe we'll bake a dessert at home too. Board games are a great idea!
If you want a fun game; it's kind of pricey but it entertained my family (my parents, sis-23, H and I-25) is Ticket to Ride. It's $50 at most stores (Target); but it's so worth it. My aunt, who has kids ranging 4-13 rec'd it bc their family loves it.

-Paint your own pottery studio
-Gymnastics open gym (a lot of places are open weekends)
-Manicures
-Try a new style of restaurant, maybe Hibachi where there's something entertaining incorporated
-Indoor mini golf
Do you have an ice skating rink near you, that might be fun, or regular roller skating if they like that. I have a 13 year old and I took her and a couple friends ice skating a couple of weeks ago, they had fun.
Do they ski or snowboard? It's pricey, but that would be fun.
Or rent a girly movie with hot guys and have an ice cream party. Everyone likes ice cream!
I was going to say this as well, but add in dinner. My niece who is 14 loves to go shopping (I tell her I will buy her one thing and give a price limit), mani/pedi, dinner out. She loves noodle places. You can add in a movie at home or out as well. I don't get my niece (s) or nephews very often now that they are in school with their own social lives so I tend to cram a lot in and spend $$ on them.
Do they like chick flicks? The movie The Vow is coming out this weekend, and it looks good.
I second dinner out and a movie, then maybe manis/pedis at home after? With popcorn or treats?
