Bakers: Does this seem easy or hard?
Do you think it would be that hard to make (decorate) this? What are they using for the rocks?

Re: Bakers: Does this seem easy or hard?
I've never piped anything before, but the icing work doesn't look very challenging.

That's what I was thinking. I've seen candy like that too. Here's some I found but I think it's a bulk bag.

Not hard at all. Yours might even turn out better than that. You need 3 tips, a star, a grass and a round (maybe a 3). . If you don't want to make your own icing, go to sugarcraft on route 4 in hamilton. It is my weakness. Their icing is amazing for premade. They probably have a Thomas kit of some kind, if you don't just use a regular toy. They have chocolate rocks there too. If you can, get a tip #789. It's a 2 inch wide icing helper. That should make it easier to cover the half (and makes the round part a breeze).
If you need to borrow some stuff, let me know.
