I've been holding out, but I have an AW
One of the reasons I haven't been around much since we got back from South Africa is that I AM GETTING A HUUGGGGEEEEEE PROMOTION!!!!!
I am being promoted to a Primary Therapist position at the hospital, so I'll be having my own caseload of patients and doing individual and group therapy with them. This is a HUGE deal- this position is a very exclusive, coveted position with really nice salary (and a lot of responsibilty and pressure) but one that people are dying to get.
I am TOTALLY terrified and having lots of self-doubts and am in general FREAKING out, but I guess that is to be expected 
It is NOT official yet, it is in the works and I don't have a set start date yet but we are working with senior management to get it approved, etc. If you are my FB friend (and I know I have to add some people who PMed me, hopefully I can do it this weekend and will have time), PLEASE don't post anything on my wall yet because I am friends with a lot of my coworkers and no one knows yet- and it will be dicey because they are not listing the job internally, they just offered it to me.
