Congrats Giants!
Not really a football fan but it's always fun when the home team wins. Anyone do anything fun for the superbowl? I had a "girls only" party with two friends and our babies, while the boys had their own party at another friend's house. Our party was waaaay cooler :-)

This city is on fire with Giants love. whew!
Totally not a football fan whatsoever, which is a huge crime in my house - my husband played all through school, semi-pro after school - and is totally obsessed. Especially with college football.
This year was the very first year I didnt have 40-60 people in our house for Superbowl, and it was GREAT!
I drove into Bensonhurst earlier that morning and picked up tons of things to nibble on and we just grazed and relaxed.
*I ignored the screen..lol
We just had ourselves watching the game and then celebrating the big win!!

How ya feeling girl?
Hey Alisha! Some days are worse than others but I have been feeling good the last two days even finally making my trekk to Ikea on Sunday to get some last minute stuff for the nursery. I will post pics when it looks like its coming together.
Baby Boy is hanging in there and I am already so in love with him and his little personality. We just have to keep monitoring him to ensure that he is doing ok so its lots of doc visits.
I just pray that I make it to 36 weeks without further incident. I think the fam is throwing me a shower. I wish they would have it sooner rather than later but they are not letting me be privy to all the plans so we shall see.
How are you doing yourself? Settled into home yet or still sorting yourselves out?

LOL @ your family really making your shower a surprise. I'd be pissed! LOL. I threatened everyone that they better not. I had to make sure the eyebrows were waxed, I had a mani/pedi and a fresh haircut and my outfit was on...because let me tell you, had they surprised me and I ended up showing up in my maternity overalls, someone would have been beat.down. LMAO!!
Doing well thanks...settled into the house, but DH keeps finding renovation projects (Im going to KILL..lol). School is crazy, of course Id get the most difficult teachers, and one 25 yr old hipster who thinks its "cool" to assign MANDATORY outings to the museums to write papers on the exhibits THAT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE COURSE - working full time from home building a website, and the baby is getting bigger than ever. Busy, trying to figure out how to slow down, but cant really complain.
You make a good point about the shower. They had better not let me come to my shower looking like a bum (coz thats how I look on the weekends most days these days!) LOL. I better buy a dress just in case and try to squeeze in a pedi mani soon.

Good luck with everything with the house and school. Its been almost 3 years in our house and we still have so many projects. I am so done but DH seems to have steam so I cheer him on but even that is getting old. He had just better finish that freaking laundromat before due date and all will be well.
