I am a MOH in my friend's wedding in June. We were looking at invites last night and she really wants pockets but to order they are probably way out of her price range. I know some of you DIY for invites. Did anyone DIY pocket invites either buying or making the pockets? I realize they will take a lot of work but she and I were both thinking once we get a couple done if we get some help the assembly shouldn't be awful. Are we fooling ourselves?
Re: wedding invite question
Thanks! Did you create the pockets too or just buy pockets and create the inserts?
I made everything--pockets and inserts.
I had a graphic designer do ours, but I didn't like the pockets she offered so I had her order from this site as well, and I was really pleased with the quality.
I used cardsandpockets for my invites and many others that I made for people. I have always been very happy with their service.
You could definitely DIY them though if you have the extra hands to make them. I never had any extra hands and the girls I made the invites for were always willing to pay the extra cost for me to order them (it was all built into their base price).
