Are you going to make it until March?

I am getting asked this a lot. The baby is very low, but I am smaller this time. And I know because of my phsyical problems my waddle is very very pronounced.

But I am not sure what is being asked here or how to even respond.

Are they asking if I am going to make it working? Because honestly, I would love to not be working right now, but that is not an option.

Other than that, I am pretty sure I am not the one who really decides when this happens.

Also, I find it odd that people are talking about it like a preemie baby is no big deal. I am still 2 months out. Hello?

This freaks me out on The Bump and The Nest, when people say "Well, the baby can come any time now!" and I look at the ticker and they're 32 or 33 weeks. I know most times it's hyperbole, but some people, I dunno ...

  • yeah, I wouldn't even say it in hyperbole, but that is probably the nature of my profession. which is also why it's weird that this is a lot of work people.

    33 weeks is freaking early.

  • I did NOT think this post was going to be about the hunger games movie.  Did. Not.

I think people are just trying to show interest/sympathy/empathy/whathaveyou.  I'm sure it's going to make for a long two months though.
