Eh, it is just me browsing Zillow. We haven't done anything yet. I am actually still holding out hope that something awesome will open up right in town.
In that case, I'd have it appraised and see about making an offer if you are at that point and have been stalking the house!
I keep sending Jer links to homes that are around 1 mil. Opps.
We are hoping to wait to do it until May or so. Urgh!
