Carnival Valor - ports suggestions needed

We booked our cruise last night for May.  I haven't really started my research into the ports yet and am looking for ideas of things-to-do at each place.  Your answers would help me find a place to start.

DH and I are SCUBA certified but the other couple we are going with just snorkel so we're probably leaning toward snorkeling and some active excursions.  On our last cruise we zip-lined in Roatan, cave-tubed in Belize, and snorkeled in both Cozumel and GC.  I'm also not opposed to a nice beach day with my toes in the sand. Thanks!

Antigua - ?

St. Thomas - ?

Tortola - ?

Nassau (we snorkeled here once and hated it) - ?

  • check out cuise critic dot com. They have a ton of information and I used them to plan our honeymoon. Have fun!

  • For St. Thomas I'd take the ferry over to St. John. So pretty and quiet versus the hustle and bustle of St. Thomas.

I'm a member of cruise critic and used it heavily to book our excursions last year - the information there is wonderful.  I also use trip advisor frequently.  I was just looking to see if anyone on here had done anything that they really enjoyed.
