Recs for a double stroller that will go on SAND
that's not the BOB or the Citi Mini Elite. I'm going to get one to use just for the beach, and I'm going to get it used, so I'm looking to spend minimal money (might spring for a new one if it's cheap), but I need it to work well on sand, to cart my two littlest kids down to the beach every day.

Any kind of old jogger would work. I would call around to the consignment places and let them know you are looking for one and to call you if they come in
btw, I bow down to you for even wanting to take your 2 little ones to the beach everyday
Ditto the consignment places.
I would go with the giant wheels that don't twist jogging strollers. I would have not made it without mine. Both kids napped for two summers in them. This year might suck for me with napless kids:((((((
