Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thankful Thursday
I am thankful for the nice workers at Valvoline who have checked and aired up my tires twice this week. I got one fixed on the 31st but it is losing air again. I need to go back.
I am thankful I have had three good days in a row.
I am thankful I pushed myself and went to the Y tonight and walked and ran on the treadmill...doing the 5K runner program. Still only on week one, day three...going slow through the program but than I was doing in the fall.
I am thankful we have plans this weekend with friends.
I am thankful tomorrow is Friday.
I am thankful for Grey's Anatomy...I have to go watch now!
