Wow what a day
I am not one to really ever complain about my kids, they are pretty well behaved. But geez today was one for the books. This was day 4 of my husband gone, I'm short on sleep & I'm feeling really anxious since he is now out of the country & we have no communication. Anyways, my son who is also tired and missing his dad was a nightmare today, screaming & throwing tantrums. Then in Home Goods, he pushed over a giant ceramic pot and it smashed to teeny bits. I was mortified. We spent the day with my mom & back at her completely unbaby-proofed home, my daughter knocked over her plant table -- of course just as I blink -- and her hibiscus which she just watered went down & made a giant mess. There other things, but those stick out.
Thanks for listening, I just needed a vent! And now a glass of wine!
