Carnival Western Caribbean

We are going on the Carnival Liberty Western Caribbean cruise to Belize, Roatan, Cozumel and Grand Cayman. We enjoy just relaxing on the beach and seeing a little bit of the islands. We're not into zip lining, snorkeling, etc. Any one have recs for beaches at these ports? We prefer just taking a taxi at the port on our own instead of booking a cruise line excursion. TIA!
Re: Carnival Western Caribbean
In Roatan there is a huge man made beach right where you will dock. You just walk over the bridge and there's tons of chairs and a couple bars. You can also rent a clamshell if you would like too.
In Cozumel, you can take a taxi to one of the resorts and get a day pass. There are several. Also there is an island that you can take an excursion too that's supposed to be really nice (we didn't go, but others in our group did and liked it).
