Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Getting excited for my NY visit!
Next weekend is our visit to nyc for DH's birthday. He still doesn't know...I don't think, anyway. He's started trying to make plans with people for next weekend, so I'm letting him, but it's getting to be a little bit of a pain trying to contact these people via facebook or text messages to let them know what's up. I'm hoping none of them accidentally give anything away. My plan was to wait until Friday to tell him that we're going Sat-Sun, but I may have to tell him sooner if he keeps trying to make plans with people.
Anyway, I made dinner reservations at a restaurant right near the hotel and now I'm getting excited! Hopefully the weather is decent so we'll want to walk around. Right now it's looking like mid-40s and sunny which is just about perfect for February, but that could change a million times between now and then. We'll see! 
Either way, I'm excited!

That sounds like so much fun!! Good job keeping it a surprise, I'm awful with secrets, DH can read it all over my face if I'm hiding something.

I'm not usually too bad with surprises, but I've caught myself about to say something several times over the last month+ since I booked the hotel. Hopefully I'll be able to keep it a surprise for a few more days!
